Business and Partnership Development Internship

About The Role

As a Business and Partnership Development Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Director of Business and Partnership Development in executing key tasks related to business growth, marketing, and client partnerships. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, from prospecting and outreach to event participation and lead generation.


  • Assist the Director of Business and Partnership Development: Work closely with the Director to execute day-to-day tasks related to business development, marketing, and client partnerships
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct research to identify potential clients and assist in making initial contact. You’ll learn how to craft compelling messages that resonate with our target prospects
  • Supplier Portals: Identify key diverse supplier portals for PACO to enter. This involves understanding certification requirements and ensuring accurate information
  • Lead Generation: Utilize lead generation tools to identify and qualify potential new business leads. Learn how to analyze data and prioritize opportunities
  • Event Participation: Attend new business events as neeed alongside the Director. Network, learn, and represent PACO Collective professionally
  • RFQ / RFP / RFI Support: Assist the Director with submissions as they arise
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings for the Director and CEO as needed
