This small producer of quality elderberry nutraceuticals turned to us as they worked to expand into Whole Foods locations, increase online sales, and market their products to a wider audience of health-conscious consumers.

Our Solution

Through research and segmentation analysis, we discovered an opportunity to appeal to a wide audience through their desire to live a healthy lifestyle on their terms, whether food, vitamins or, in the case of Norm’s Farm, elderberry nutraceuticals.

As a result, we developed Norm’s brand positioning, “Health on your Terms”, and a comprehensive campaign around their products. Some of the deliverables for this project included:

We also developed Norm’s first-ever media plan with creative and helped them launch the media plan in test markets to promote their presence at Whole Foods.


In the test markets, Norm’s Farm completely sold out of their elderberry product at Whole Foods and saw a significant increase in online sales during the campaign period. Sales exceeded a 20% lift from Amazon.
